TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ARRANGEMENTS
We strive to satisfy your unique event requests and preferences. We ask that all menu selections, location, guest count, and all other details pertaining to the event be submitted no later than ten days (10) prior to the date of the event. NatuRoll Creamery is happy to accommodate food allergies and preferences. Please specify any allergies and/or dietary restrictions when submitting the catering contract.
TAXES
All federal, state, municipal, and other taxes imposed on, or applicable to, the event which is subject to this Agreement are payable by the event host in addition to any and all other charges set forth elsewhere. If you are a tax-exempt group, please provide a current copy of the tax exemption form in advance so that taxes can be properly omitted from your account.
GRATUITIES
The event host agrees to 18% gratuity rate. This fee includes event staff, set up, and tear down of event.
CANCELLATION
We understand and appreciate that situations occur that require event cancellations. If necessary, cancellations can be made and full refund granted only if notice is given at least seven days (7) in advance of the event. Full refund including deposit will be forfeited if seven days (7) notice is not given.
